The Challenge

THE INDUSTRY REBELLION:

The industry may tell you need to stay with a stagnant business you don't love anymore, because you've build it already. That's far from the truth. Pivoting isn't a quit, it just takes a plan. Embrace change and craft a business that feels good.

Britney Jeanine is a seasoned business strategist who came to us for full visual direction. Despite being a designer herself and partnering with various creatives, she found it challenging to articulate her vision of being a pivot pusher and differentiating herself from the rest of the market. The challenge was to create a community brand while still embodying the disruptive essence of the founder.

Drawing inspiration from Britney's talent for steering businesses owners through pivotal shifts, we envisioned her as the "Willy Wonka" of her industry — a trailblazer crafting a world of innovation and transformation. Embracing this persona, we curated an engaging photoshoot and developed her brand style that not only set her apart but also resonated deeply with her community.

The photoshoot is reminiscent of Charlie in the Chocolate Factory searching for the "golden ticket". In this case the ticket being the "Pivot Pass". Guided by Britney Jeanine, our "Willy Wonka" in the entrepreneurial space, beckons you into a new world of possibilities.

Just as Willy Wonka opens the doors to a magical realm, Britney invites you to explore a world of innovation and growth. Grabbing a pivot pass isn't just a buy in to the consultancy but your own inner decision to create a business that truly feels good.

"She fully captured my unique vibe."

I've worked with many creatives and they still weren't able to match our brand vibe, and it's not that they were not skilled but I just couldn't articulate what was on my mind. I was struggling with trying to create a brand experience that felt bold, opinionated, loud...your fellow homegirl. But no matter what we tried we still came off as corporate and safe.

Once Maria came in, she just got it. She outlined it so perfectly, so strategically, she nailed it!
